Review content:
I've been completely addicted to Pilates for the past two years. It never occurred to me, however, what it could do for my 12 year old daughter's figure skating until we heard about the Pilates for Young Athletes program at Real Pilates. Actually, we heard about Alden first. It's hard to find personal trainers who understand how to work with kids. Alden not only specializes in working with young athletes but has also worked with lots of skaters. Her youthful energy is contagious. She knows when to push and when to play. Now my daughter is jumping better, spinning better, and skating with more confidence...but most importantly, she looks forward to going to Pilates as much as she does to skating.
