My original experience as well as my follow up experience at Levco were great. I went in to get my spark plugs replaced. As I walked in to the shop I received a friendly greeting and given all the details I needed about my repair in an easy to comprehend way. I was explained all my options and then according to price and quality, and then the work was done in a quick and timely manner. Unfortunately I started having problems with my car a couple of months later. I was frustrated so I called Jesse (the owner of the shop) I explained to him the problem. He said it sounds like you have a bad spark plug bring in your vehicle and I will take care of it. The faulty spark plug was not his fault or caused by the instalation of the spark plug, it was just a bad spark plug he had received from the manufacturer. However he still replaced the bad spark plug for me at no cost. He also allowed me to bring my car in immediately with no appointment to avoid any complications of not having a vehicle. Jesse is very profesional and I will continue to take my car back for any future service
