I booked this place because it claims to provide free high speed wireless internet service . Little did i know at time of booking that i would not have the promised internet service. After checking into the Inn i began to connect to the Days Inn internet service with my Laptop and it worked fine for five minutes and then the service got disconnected. I tried to connect again and it worked fine for ten minutes and again the service got disconnected. This went on for an hour and i called the front desk to check if there was a problem with the internet service and the person said he was with a customer and would get back to me. He calls me after five minutes and tells me that the wireless internet is fine. I once again got to establish a connection and began to work on my project and right after 5minutes i got disconnected. At this time i was totally upset and frustrated and saved a screen shot of my desktop where it clearly mentioned that Days Inn wireless connection has limited or no connectivity. I took the Laptop to front desk and questioned the receptionist about the poor service and he said it works fine for him .At this point i was very very angry as i had to submit the project the next day to my boss. I told him that i would check out and asked him to refund my money. He said he will not be able to do that and asked me to speak to his manager. I spoke to the manager and she said she will charge half the room rent as i spent two hours in the room. I am planning to report to the higher officials AT Days Inn franchise for their poor service. Any Software Professionals Out There Please Do Not Be Fooled By The Free Internet Service as advertised by these people. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The light in the room was not working and the TV remote was broken as well. So if anyone out there is looking for free internet to complete their projects this is not the place.
