Review content:
These apartments are fairly cheap, but there are new complexes in the area that are cheaper and nicer. There are deals being made in the parking lots, non residents flood the parking lots and blare music at all hours of day and night seven days a week. People from the SeaBee base use the parking lots as a meeting area and to leave their vehicles when they can't get on base. People come in the parking lot and park incorrectly blocking the entrance and exits. Neighbors like to ding your vehicle door constantly. Management is rude to tenants when they respectfully and legally wish to terminate lease and pay fees. Management tried to get tenant to pay more money than contract amount to get out of lease. Community facilities are inadequate and dirty. Overall this place stinks!!!!
