Well I called them very nervous have been ripped off and lied to by almost every service company you can imagine they showed up on time looked at the problem told me what it would cost so im thinking in my head he just said $200 so its going to be like what $600 but he had me sign authorizing the amount of $200 and explained this is an exact price for the repair ( im thinking ok ya right ive heard this before I know where this is going) he finished job and came and told me I have good news and bad news ( here it comes) I said whats the good news ""well the pipe is fixed and all good"" Then whats the bad news? ""I found a turtle in the wall and it's not alive"" He was worried it was a family pet but it must of been from the other owners cause we never had a turtle but sure enough he pulled it out and being the kind of people we are we buried it anyways back on subject he did what he said at the price I agreed to I was very skeptical but now sold!
