Review content:
Food was pretty good. Wine also was good. However the manager ruined the entire experience. Our waitress was not very attentive however the food was good and we were celebrating my wife's birthday and having a great dinner. We had received a coupon for her birthday via email from Kenzo. When we redeemed the coupon they informed us that it did not cover rolls only Entr?es, which was not stated on the coupon. Now we probably would have been ok if they had said we are really sorry or maybe can we get you a birthday dessert on us...but no they were rude and condescending, almost as if we were inconveniencing them. They blamed it on the owner and then told us the owner was not ""available to speak to us"". There are way too many choices of fine places to eat to be baited and switched by Kenzo Sushi. I am in marketing and sales and I feel they falsely advertised with their coupon. I would never recommend this restaurant .
