This is the WORST Taco Bell that I've ever encountered. Not only do they NEVER make the 5-layer burrito correctly (they usually leave out the second tortilla, and the sour cream is always on one end with cheese on the other), but if you present the ""burrito"" to the staff and politely ask them to remake it, you'll be called a liar. The manager is anything but a people person, and she doesn't lead her staff in a professional manner. When I presented my 5-layer that was anything but, she insisted that she watched her employee make it and that all the layers were there. She then proceeded to suggest that I had taken the 2nd tortilla out myself. These workers do not exhibit any kind of professional attitude, and I wish the person who owns the branch could have been there to see how paying customers are treated.
