I wanted the best surgeon so, I did my research on Dr. Resnick. He absolutely did NOT want to do surgery unless he had to. Only after an MRI did we discover that I had a full ligament tear that required surgery. It has only been 7 weeks, but I now have my thumb (and my life) back. I cannot recommend Dr. Resnick enough. I wouldn't even consider going to another surgeon. Thanks Dr. Resnick!!!
Additionally, I think reviewer rubyruby04 is probably confused about which doctor he/she visited, and which ""expertes"" they saw.
Pros: Very honest, knows his stuff, explains everything
Cons: He's a good surgeon, so getting surgery appt takes time
