this place is great! it's cute, it's clean, it's professional, and it has great equipment! everyone here is so happy which is perfect when you have a bad day because you feed off their energy!...i do other workouts but the core was never my strongest point so i decided to try pilates...on my first day, i was amazed and so sexcited!!!...i felt 3 inches taller and leaner! my core is stronger now, i have less pain in my lower back from a stressful day at work, my posture is better and my arms are bottom are more toned! :) MARIE is awesome...very sweet and she will always respond to emails and your questions. they have a great clothing line as well! i recommend this place to my fellow fitness freaks :) trust me, you will love this place. a great find in the west l.a. area...
Pros: great location, great staff, great equipment...great music while you work out
