I have visited this restaurant three times, and all three have been unpleasant. It's not the food, it's the service. While upscale, the service is beyond unprofessional, rude, and snooty. Each time I have waited over 10 minutes for the waiter to take my drink order. This past week during restaurant week I couldn't have been more disappointed with our beverage situation. We waited for 20 minutes until our sake order was taken. After the $85 recommened bottle was gone, we asked for another. The restaurant was out, and could not recommend a comperable bottle for the same price. Instead we were up sold to $100. Most restaurants comp the additional charge out of respect for not having stock in the sake that THEY had recommended. Come to find out, the gentleman who denied the comp was the manager on duty. It had been 2 hours at this point and the only time we had seen our waiter was when our drink/dinner order was taken and when the bill came. Point being - horrible service. Not worth the food. Go somewhere else. Cons: odd system for serving
