Review content:
I went there earlier today. Got the overpriced carwash. Got home and the car was still filthy. There was nearly no water coming out and these crazy rubber spinning strings whacking my car violently. Basically, anywhere there wasn't abrasive whacking, it was completely dirty. Because it uses almost no water. I called them. A girl named Amy took my call. She said she'd refund if I came back with the original receipt. I get there, and she says... ""So, my question is, how do I know that it was still dirty since you took it home.... etc...."" I stopped listening and almost flipped out. I said that not only does that sound insulting but am I supposed to provide photo proof? I don't like being insulted by these snippety, snarky sounding ungrateful employees that have a complex. Never accuse your customer of lying or give them a hard time about it. VERY UNCOOL... Not to mention... if you care about your car, don't take it here... it'll tear up your paint!
