From my experience, the dispatchers do not communicate well. Despite scheduling specific times & windows, I had to follow up several times with a call to the office asking ""where are the technicians?"" The last call was about their replacing a defective part that they had installed & charged me for. While I did schedule time, apparently their office & technician did not bother to ring me to let me know about the delay. Considering that I had already paid for the work, and this was a re-do of their previous work, I took issue with the lack of communication with me regarding setting up firm times. The company seems to have a laissez-faire attitude & regard toward their clients' time. Suggest you ask the dispatcher to connect you directly with their technicians regarding times/arrivals if you engage this company. Do not reply on their dispatchers at all for this info.
Pros: Technicians are nice & honest
Cons: Office does not communicate times or follow up regarding snafus well. Poor communication for a service company.
