Was treated very bad,because I was 15 minuetes late.Made to reschedule,as per staff member,Jody. Jody supposedly asked Dr.Lee if he would see me,since I was late. Jody came back and said Dr. Lee refused to see me,that I'd have to reschedule. I asked Jody why I couldn't be reprimended,and told not to be late the next visit. Jody said that couldn't be done,and I told her to tell Dr.Lee I'd find a new doctor.Jody supposedly told him that,and came back and asked me if I wanted my records to take to another doctor. When I finally did get to see Dr.Lee,the next week,he said Jody didn't come back there and talk to him about seeing me,much less telling him that I said I would find another doctor. I like Dr.Lee,and I think he's a good doctor,but I've never been treated with such disregard in a doctor's office,by Jody. I gave this a 1 star rating,because of Jody.
Pros: Dr.Lee is a good doctor
Cons: Staff is rude/doesn't care
