Josh Patterson is the owner of Patterson Foundation Services. I signed a contract with him on June 12, 2010 for foundation work on my home after the May flood in Nashville, TN. Josh was paid $3000.00 up front and a second payment would be given after 90% of the work would be complete. But Josh has a way of making you feel sorry for him and I paid him another payment before 90% was complete. The job is still not done...the last time he was on my property working was Sept. 2010. He dug a 6-7"" deep trench all along the back of my home and along one side...this trench is very deep and my back yard is on a hill. I have not been able to go out my back door or use my yard since Josh started the job (it is not February 22, 2011) He took my money and never completed the job. He left my yard in a mess with piles and piles of dirt. The backyard is now receding and the hole is filling back up with dirt....the reason for the hole was to take the pressure off the back of my home because it had pushed the block wall off the foundation. Josh was to fill the hole up with gravel and drainage to take the pressure off.....I have written to Josh numerous times and sent text messages...he has never responded to any of my letters or text. He is on facebook Josh Patterson and I wrote him there asking him what his intentions were for this job...nothing.....I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO ANY ONE....He is not a man of his word. I rate him ZERO and F!!!! There should be a spot for that....he does not deserve even one star
