Review content:
The Desert Sage restaurant re-opened a few weeks ago witha new Chef who used to be at my Favorite S.F. restaurant , it's the best ,and the Sommelier is from what used to be the best Restaurant in the Desert. The service is great and the food was awesome. I had the heirloom tomato salad and the Vealchop and some soufle for dessert. All of these items were great. My girl had the Ono and it was perfect too. The wine list is one of the best and you can always expect to find some unusual wines if you let Mark recommend them. We have now been twice, and I am so glad they are open again. It is the coolest restaurant in the desert and whenever we get to the Desert from L.A. we will go back to this restaurant. Pros: A little pricey but worth every penny Cons: cant think of any
