Very shaddy, I had Rob Soars come out to do a title 5 inspection, he failed the system. Called another company for second opinion, no problems to prevent passing. Rob told me a friend of his could fix for a LOT of money. I appealed with town hall they through his out, no water reading, he wrote 3 people live in the house there were 4, and a title 5 inspector is to give a list of 5 people that can make repairs and NOT favor ANY. I never recieved a list and he was in touch with his buddy before he left my driveway. STAY AWAY BAD NEWS
Pros: If stress and headaches are pros, Here is your man
Cons: Tells you to replace the unbroken
