Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!! Worst experience I've ever had with any business ever. When I left a message to schedule an appointment, they showed up at my work unannounced an hour later while I was in all day meetings. When I asked to be informed before doing anything other than an oil change, they changed my air filter with asking me and charged me an ungodly amount. When I called twice after getting bills saying I was unhappy with the service and didn?t want to pay for the air filter, they didn't return my calls... until they wanted payment, and then disregarded my original requests to speak to them about the horrible service I had received. Then the owner lied to me on the phone about what he says happened, said he would come to my work and take the air filter and give me ?the old one? and proceeded to threaten to have the police serve me papers at my work in 3 days if I didn't pay in full plus 10% interest by then.
