My area rugs were returned 2 weeks after they were picked up and they look fabulous and fresh. I had a lot of stains on them and they were all removed. My 2 area rugs smell great and they look so much better in my living room. I have already passed the number of Flat Rate Carpet to a couple of my friends who also have area rugs that are in need for cleaning.
Pros: free pick up and delivery, fast service, fair prices
