I could have sworn, that when I went into virtu, I had never felt so welcomed at any other salon and virtu was the most welcoming of all. I have really fine hair and I needed a foil and haircut, so Nihad talked to me about my hair and how color and a nice cut would give me more lift. I took his advise because he was so professional and had a lot of insight on what was trendy. Also because I could trust him. I had such great time talking with the staff there and just hanging out while getting my hair done. Everyone was so nice and Amber was also great at recommending the right shampoo and conditioner for my fine hair. The atmosphere of the salon was so charming and affable. I did not want to LEAVE. I really recommend that you go to virtu to get your hair done so you can experience what I experienced. Kindness in this salon is present. Thank you so much and p.s the parking is awsome because it completed my day not having to worry about parking on the street. I will tell everyone about virtu !!!
Pros: the best customer service ever
Cons: that i had to go at one point ... ha ha ha i did not want to leave
