The owner argued with me over whether my dog was supposed to boarding with them two days or one. Neither of us were ever going to be able to prove we were right, but instead of saying ""I'm sorry, there must have been a misunderstanding"" and moving on (you know, Customer Service 101) she continued to argue with me that her employee was right and I was wrong. When I suggested the employee was wrong she audibly GASPED and said she couldn't believe I would even suggest such a thing. But the worst part was that I had only packed food for my dog for one night (the amount of time I expected her to be with them)...and she flat out REFUSED to believe me. Insisted that couldnt' possibly be right or she would have heard about it. I can tell you honestly, if the food I gave them lasted two days, they were not feeding my dog properly. So they kept my little dog two days and fed her one days worth of food over that period. (By the time I got back from my business trip after day one, she wouldn't let me get the dog). If you want to be told you're wrong repeatedly, by all means give them a try. Otherwise I'd highly recommend you stay away.
