How about ZERO stars? Robert's is a neighborhood cleaner that I patronized many times over the course of a couple of decades. I'm blue collar and don't own a lot of dress clothes, but I had one nearly new white dress shirt that I needed cleaned and pressed for a wake/funeral. I picked it up from Robert's, brought it home, and when dressing, noticed a large tear, 4 inches +- in the front part of the shoulder. I brought it back to the cleaner and the shirt was sent out for repair. Not replacement, repair. It came back a couple of weeks later with a very amateurish stitching job and an attitude from Mr. Kaminski to take it or leave it. The owner offered a few dollars worth of future dry cleaning, then took the offer back. I will never return to Robert's and will do all in my power to make others aware of this creep's attitude and business practice.
