This company is by-far the best company out there to fix appliances. They are very professional,well mannered, and definitely know what there doing. I have heard from other people what great service they provide so I decided to try them out. The call taker Stephanie was very kind on the phone and set a time and date asap that best fit my schedule and the tech's Rick & Chris arrived on time,fixed my appliance in no time and charged me a reasonable service charge. They where very professional and you could tell they knew what they were doing and how to get the job done. Other companies wanted to charge me a small fee in the beginning and then racked up the labor fees and return fees and part fees which they didnt mention from the start. RIDICULOUS. Where as Alstate charged me a ONE TIME service fee and then a reasonable part fee. I'm definitely pleased with my service. I will definitely be recommending this company and if I ever need any other appliance fixed I will not hesitate to give them a call. THANKS ALSTATE!
