I was looking forward to browsing in this upscale resale botique but found the merchandise to be over priced. A pair of (used) designer jeans were marked $88- I could have gone to Nordstrom and bought the same (brand new) jeans for $130. While browsing, I witnessed the owner berate a woman for inquiring about money she was owed for items she had consigned. The owner made a scene that made the whole situation uncomfortable for everyone in the store. Needless to say, I would never consign items there if that is how they treat people nor will I ever shop there again due to the rude customer service I witnessed.
