We are new to Katy and I've heard a lot of nice things about the bakery. I visited the store for the first time on Saturday with my 9-yr daughter. She was very excited about ordering cupcakes to bring to school on Wed morning for her B-day party. We purchased a half dozen full-sized cupcakes to try them out. I told the employee that I would be calling on Monday to place a pick up order for Tues night (24 mini cupcakes). When I called on Monday, I was told that no order could be placed because a 2-day lead time is required for any order. The employee who answered the phone was not helpful, just following the rules. Does it make sense that you need to place your order on Sat for a Tuesday evening pick up that is so small??? Needless to say my little one will be very disappointed.
