This isn?t my first visit to the facility but it may be my last or if I decide to ever go again I will take photos and video footage of my vehicle before it goes in. I drive a Toyota Matrix XR which comes with a body kit. When my car was coming out of the wash one of the guys is carrying a piece of the body kit to my car. They attempted to snap it back in but it wouldn?t stay securely attached to my car because the clips that should be on it were damage and the clips on the undercarriage were missing. They call out their ?Boss? who was a complete JERK! Of course he says the car came in damage. I argue no it didn?t if it did it would?ve fallen off before I pulled into the facility. He points out scratch and scruffs so I reply it must have come from the rails of the machine! He wasn?t trying to rectify it at all. My theory is the person who drove the car into the wash didn?t align it correctly therefore the rails damaged the part that came off.
