I?m a manager of a 70,000sf call center and have gone through several floor crews (I even tried to hire my own staff once, what a hassle that was). J2 has exceeded all my expectations from communication to work ethics. I have service done every 3 months. I have about 2/3 carpet and 1/3 vinyl floor. They call prior to all services to ask what I need done this time because I don?t always do all the floors every time. Never a problem. Makes my job so much easier. Thought I would let others know so I can help them because they?ve helped me so much. Thanks Guys!
