For the past few years I have gone through my fair share of carpet companies. The results have been carpet that looked no better than before (chem dry), carpet that picked up dirt faster after being cleaning, and worst of all wet carpet.
Before I hired J2 cleaning I hired an inexpensive company that came through with an industrial size machine. They left my carpet drenched in areas that eventually started to grow mold. I hired Brandon and Paco with J2 cleaning to fix this problem and they went way above and beyond my expectations.
They used specialized machines to fix the problem areas that the previous cleaner caused and even moved my 300 pound table to be extra thorough. They were very nice and professional and treated my carpet with great care. I can honestly say that my carpet hasn't looked this good since the day they installed it, and on top of that they are reasonable priced. They charged less than big companies that did a terrible job. If you want your carpet done right for a reasonable price use them. After a long search for a good carpet company, I am pleased to have finally found one.
