I think I have tried every weight loss/exercise plan out there at one time or another. Shaun Eckhardt has put together a realistic program that doesn't set you up to fail like many of the similar programs in town do. The team of trainers are excellent. They keep you motivated and push you that extra little bit when you think you can't possibly do another rep. I honestly can't say enough good things about Shaun and his team. If you are looking for wonderful trainers and sound nutritional advice, I would highly recommend giving them a call. You won't regret it!
