My wife and I hired Gerry Lenoff, owner of Gerard Builders to build our home. We settled in Dec. 2008. The septic system, storm water and final grade was not completed until September 2009. Almost 10 months after they were paid in full. The home was set 2 feet to low. My basement windows are under ground and the storm water does not meet state and local regulations. Gerry Lenhoff and Gerard Builders has refused to do anything about it and has not tried to fix or tried to alieviate the problems. I have been trying to resolve this problem on my own to this day July 28, 2010. I still continue to fight this battle. Gerry Lenhoff has lied and left us with a huge mess. These are just a few of our problems. I could not sell my home right now if I wanted too because it does not meet the proper building code. I have video and all documentation to prove all of this. If you would like to see this information please feel free to contact me at any time. I am writing this to let others know about Gerry Lenhoff and Gerard Builders.
