Review content:
This is by far the worst company to rent properties from in rochester. They took two security deposits, saying they needed to replace the carpet when I lived there for 6 months with no pets! They also said they had to paint when i never even hung a painting. The management is rude and solely focused on extracting as much money as possible from their tenants with no consideration for their well being. They do not treat their tenants well and place the onus of replacing things that normal landlords replace on the tenant. Also, even if you get your security deposit back, you have to wait 2 months! Their properties are overpriced, and the company is run by a bunch of baffoons who I have spoke with directly. It's too bad, since it used to be well-run several years ago before the current family's generation took over. My advice would be to look elsewhere, even if their place is nice and in an area that suits you well. You WILL have problems to face. I've rented 2 properties from them and will never, ever do business with them again. And I urge you, for your own benefit, look elsewhere.
