Review content:
Our last order was somewhat of a fiasco. When I ordered, the person taking the order had to leave the phone several times to ask questions. When we showed up to pick up our pizzas, as I had specificed ""pick up,"" we were, after waiting 5 minutes in line, told that they were being delivered. I had to wait for another 10-15 minutes until the pizzas arrived and then the boy at the counter insisted on selling me the pizzas that had been dragged all over Hilliard insisting that they would still be warm, which they weren't. Then we had trouble with what they were charging as far as number of toppings and it seems that the menu has the wrong price printed on it. In the end I discovered that they put extra cheese on one of the pizzas that I hadn't ordered either. We also didn't end up liking the three ciabatta pizzas we ordered- they were too dry and didn't have any exciting flavour.
Pros: normal crust speciality pizzas can be tasty when hot
Cons: service, timeliness, taste
