I don't know where they find the help these days, but they could not have done any worse. The woman behind the deli was very rude and tossed my order at me - it landed on the floor and she laughed and called me a lousy catcher. Then the young man behind the customer service counter that was checking me out made very inappropriate comments and was very loud and obnoxious. I was embarrassed by his behavior, he thought he was being funny but was really looking foolish. The store itself was decent with the exception of the produce section that was very small and lacked good quality items. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I will not be shopping there again. Trader Joe's, Kroger and Giant Eagle will be getting my business from now on. Customer service is very important for a small store. The Ross family needs to teach it's employees what customer service means. Basic manners would be a good start.
