I am so glad I was lucky enough to be referred to Structure & Site, specifically Martin. He showed up early, was extremely efficient, professional & polite. The report exceeded my expectations and made the decision making process an easy one. Martin explained that there is no such thing as a ""pass"" or ""fail"" inspection, and his job was to report the current condition of the home. He helped my husband and I realize what we were looking at present, near future & further on down the road insofar as the money we may need to budget for projects, etc. I had the ""Premier Inspection"" and I would recommend Martin and/or Structure & Site to all of my friends and family.
