I flew into Albuquerque on thanksgiving. My bags didn't make my connection in dallas. American Airlines stated they would deliver my bags to my in laws house within a few hours because they were on the next flight. I was ecstatic that I didn't have to wait. I drove to Sante Fe with my Brother in law, and several hours later my voicemail goes off. I check my voicemail to find out that they called my cell phone(which doesn't work well in SantaFe) instead of my wifes cell phone(the primary number we gave them which works just fine). According to my voicemail they picked up my bags ad were on there way to SanteFe with our bags. By 9:00pm we hadn't heard back from the bag company. And this morning I am now anxiously awaiting a phone call from the company. They have my wifes prescription medication which we need ASAP, and quick bags isn't picking up the phone or even attmpting to call us back. Do not trust American Airlines or any group they recommend for bag travel. I fear I have been dupped and will never see my belongings again. And my wife is now having to scramble to see a local doctor on the day after thanksgiving so that she can get her prescriptions. Hopefully I will hear from them son, but as far as I'm concerned this company is a scam to steal your bags.
