Review content:
Warm and friendly owners, quaint and clean B&B about 25 mins north of Burlington. Stopped on our way north to Montreal, which was another hour's drive. Not too girly and flowery, which my boyfriend liked. Ironed sheets! Super comfy bed - didn't want to get out of it. Good, strong coffee and fresh baked scones with a good frittata for breakfast. Recommend the Cabbage Rose room upstairs, which had a charming private bath. They had a canoe and paddles for guest use, and it was a walk around the block to Lake Arrowhead, where we had a nice paddle and romanticly got stuck in a light rain in the middle of the lake. There were some people staying there for business, so it must be good for that, too. Were there in summer, but think they were about 45 mins from the Vermont ski resorts. Pros: canoe, ironed sheets, not too flowery Cons: 25 min drive from Burlington
