These guys are vultures who wait for people to make a mistake and pounce on them. My daughter was towed within 30 seconds of parking in a confusing area of Greenville. Ricky, the unfriendly tow truck driver, waited until she walked away and jacked her vechicle. She was standing there and he didn't even give her a warning but blocked her car and held it hostage for $75 dollars. Vultures.
