Review content:
I wanted to purchase the wooden refridgerator ""Jacob's Ice Box"" for my daughters 3rd birthday. I put it in the search engine and one popped up from this store and I bought it. The next day, 8/10/11, I received a receipt so business as usual. On 8/15/11 I heard nothing about my order so I called them and left a message. On 8/16/11 I had not heard back and called the store a nice sales girl Emma told me that she did not know anything about the online orders and gave me the manager Xixi's number. The manager never called me back so I called Emma again who gave me the owner Penny's number. I asked Emma if she could call the manager for me. Meanwhile I called Penny and left a message. Emma called me back and told me the manager was not taking business calls on her day off (she took Emma's) and they do not sell that toy. Why the manager could not call me herself I don't know. I don't have enough time to have one sent from somewhere else. I called Penny back and left another message about my dissapointment. Nobody has ever called and said so sorry you now don't have a present for your daughter's 3rd birthday.
