This place cheats and I know it for a fact. The handyman ""Rambo"" steals cards out of the back room with the pulltabs, bullseye and upickem raffle. He goes in that room and closes the door behind him. He then goes into the kitchen and acts like he is doing something in there. Then you see him with 40 bullseye and 5 sheets of upickems when he plays. And he also gets a diamond package all the time and gets 2 or three sheets of specials A and B. He also gets a bunch of quest raflle too. He then tells the cashier to give the receipt to Harland. I guess he thinks he can trade his work for cards when he has nothing to do with the charity. Harland should also have nothing to do with the Charity. He just rents the hall. A person cannot personally profit from bingo in the state of Illinois. Harland does though. He takes a percentage of what the charity takes in. That is illegal. He also sells stuff and handles money. That is illegal. He does not work for the charity but handles their money. Employees are allowed to handle money and cards and they are playing. That is illegal. Only workers and volunteers of the charity are suppose to handle the funds. And the callers are taking out two to three balls at a time and putting balls on the side. Maybe it's so certain people can gain an advantage over others. I don't know about that for sure. Also the charities do nothing to protect patrons. I was personally threatened by ""Rambo"" the handyman. And the charity who witnessed it was the Knights of Columbus. They did nothing about the situation and allowed ""Rambo"" to play and win. The place is full of corruption. The kitchen lady thinks she runs the place. She doesn't work for the charity, but makes decisions for them all the time. And Harland runs some nights per week without a charity at all. That is illegal. He hires help to work on the nights he does it without a charity. He personally proftis those nights and that is illegal. I no longer go to this dump cuz it's a scam. Charities that profit fromt he place of course appreciate it. They don't care about the players being scammed out of their money. So long as the charity gets their money they could care less. Cons: everything
