Review content:
This is a great place to go if you want a little of every wellness service under one roof. Yoga group classes are not offered, though individual instruction is available for beginners or people with injuries or chronic pain. Many styles of hands-on healing are available from very light to very deep work and counseling is offered for individuals, couples and families from a minister. A psychiatrist is available one day a week as well as personal training and physical therapy. Spa packages are offered, including makeup lessons and application. There is even cute baby onesies called InspirationWear, which make ideal gifts for families who highly value positive parenting. Enjoy!
Pros: Many services under one roof--the reiki session was awesome
