When we moved into the neighborhood, we decided to give Wetmore Deli a shot. My husband and I both ordered the chicken sub w/ bacon and provolone cheese. I would love to be able to review the rest of the menu for you, but that is simply not the case. We both fell madly in love with the chicken sub and it's what we order every time we go. I really believe it's the best sandwich in San Antonio. The Wetmore Deli is a terrific find- we often bring out-of-towners there for lunch and they are always amazed. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting and the food is heart warming.
Pros: chicken sub w/ bacon & provolone cheese
Cons: the sandwich is so good that it's prohibited me from trying anything else on the menu
