I wasn't really impressed with this location in my furniture search - I had gotten quotes from about five other places in the Chicagoland area, and their quote was not comparable, especially for the quality of their furniture. When I asked them why their prices were so high, they told me they didn't know, that the catalog had set prices (but added that their prices seemed high to even them)!
On the other hand, they had a great selection of furniture that you probably couldn't find anywhere else, and some of the stuff was reasonably priced. If you decide to go - make sure you know what the price should be for the furniture you're buying.
