These people are not very good techs. I have visited a lot of computer store in this area both in parkersburg and Marietta. And by far this shop was full of incompetent people. I took a computer in here last year 3 times. Each time they told me the problem was fixed. And each time they either lied or just didnt know whay they were doing. I took it to a another computer shop and found out that the harddrive actually had a bunch of bad sectors on it and needed to be replaced. All the finsh line did was reinstall windows xp on it 3 times and charged me for each time. They didnt even test the drive. When I confronted them about this they gave me the run around because they didnt want to give me my money back. I urge any person with a computer problem to go anywhere else but here.
Pros: They have good parking. But nothing else.
