Review content:
I choose A+ Quality through the recommendations of a friend who has since apologized for the recommendation. I worked with Ed Buckley and contracted for a replacement roof and siding due to hail damage. Ed Buckley had told me that they do not contract the work out, yet the worker that came to my house was contracted and refused to get a helper because it would be money out of his pocket. After repeated complaints about the quality of the work, including leaving large gaps in the insulation, damage to the existing building, it took several months of work before they let him go and brought in another crew. Instead of taking down what was first done and doing it right, they repeatedly made small fixes. 10 months later, the project is still not completed properly. The siding was put up with cracks and chips in it. They blame the first contractor that they subcontracted to - either because of the weather or a dull blade. I don't care what their excuses are - I contracted with them and they are responsible for the quality of the work. If they can't do it correctly when I owe them money, how valid will their warranty be? I would not recommend them to anyone.
PS - Notice how they have 6 - 5 star rated reviews on ServiceMagic and are ""ServiceMagic Screened & Approved"". Then notice that there is no option to add reviews on that web site to get true customer feedback....
