Review content:
I used this for the first time since my daughter highly recommended it based on her experience with the one in Colorado Springs.
This was the longest stay over period my dog has ever had. 7 days 6 nights. I tried watching on the live cam a couple of times, but really could not see anything. And of course while travelling with my IPad, forget it.
The place just seemed too impersonal for me. When I picked my pet, I got a thank, and a receipt for my $240. But no indication (like PetSmart Hotel) of how my dog got along with others, etc.
Of course she was exhausted when she got home. But then I noticed an eye infection (that could happen anywhere according to the vet --$54 for visit and antibiotic. ) I then noticed her dog tags, ID and rabies tag were not on her collar, though a tag with her name was there. I called to let them know they were missing and the staff member I spokie with said he would 'definetely' have someone get back to me later in the day. Well, that was yesterday and no follow up call at all.
