Review content:
I took my one year old poodle to get groomed and the experience was not good!!!! First, they accepted taking me one hour and a half before closing just to make money on the rush. I asked if this was enough time to groom my pet and they said yes. Well obviously it was not enough time because when I went to pick him up, the hair style was horrible. They didn't do any of the cuts/style I asked for. My dogs paws were hairy, his tail a mess, and the overall cut was not good. Also this place is small, small, small. It's crowded and tooooo busy for the groomer to actually give you what you want and to take time with your pet. They care about quantity of pets (money) not quality of service. It's a wham bam get out kind of place. Please go somewhere else!!!!
