Review content:
We needed a repairman for our clothes dryer. Guy showed up when he said he would. He looked at the outside of the dryer, did not unscrew anything to look inside, then said it would need new bearings. He said he would go get the parts at the store, and would call me with a price. He never came back, and never called. I spent the rest of the afternoon calling the company to try to reach someone. They gave me the number for the dispatcher. The dispatcher gave me the number for the repair guy. I finally reached the repair guy, who said he was having trouble finding parts (it's a Maytag, not an uncommon brand) and that it was ""very complicated."" I'm not sure how he decided that, when he didn't even look inside. He said he would be back on Sunday (it was Friday). I told him not to bother.
