Review content:
Just brought my Yorkie Poo in to get groomed and I gave them specific directions on what I wanted done as well has how I wanted her groomed. I told them NOT to shave her. I come to get her and what do I find? She is completely shaved down-face and all (even after I specifically told them to leave her face full ). They left long hanging strands of fur hanging from shaved ears (that looked ridiculus) and yes....I too had to cut 3 hunks of mats left underneath her. My dog went in an adorable Yorkie Poo and came out of there looking like a Schnauzer. Do yourself and your dog a favor and dont torture yourself or your dog by bringing it to get groomed at that butcher.
