We have a new manager at our Association and we are so happy to have this lady, Peggy O'Brien.
Peggy comes in every morning and at the same time, my husband Hussin is leaving to take our two children to school. Peggy opens the door and greets our children with a happy greeting.
Last weekend we had a problem with a party and loud music going on until three in the morning. It kept our fammily up until 3 a.m. We emailed management and Peggy responded the next morning to tell us that it will stop immediately. Since two weeks ago the music and loud noise stopped and Peggy followed up with us to make sure we were ok and we did not hear any more noise.
This is a very big change compared to the last building manager we had over the last two years. It is good to see a hard working lady in place and I praise Peggy's understanding and great effort to make our home a better place.
