On Saturday evening, May 5, 2012, our water heater decided it didn't want to work anymore. The water heater was leaking badly and it looked like there was nothing we could do to fix it. So I gave ""Equal HVAC Services"" a call and David Ernest took my call and since we had turned off the heater, we agreed he would come the next day.
David came on Sunday, took a look at the water heater and knew exactly what the problem was. He also showed us where the leak was coming from and the possible reasons why the water heater started leaking now. Age and the water we call the Schuylkill River punch were contributing factors to corroding the tank. He told us that the water heater needed to be replaced and gave us options on the type of water heater we should get.
David was able to remove and cart away the old heater and replace it the same day and within an hour we had hot water. He did an excellent job from start to finish. He gave us very good rates for service and installation. David was awesome, very professional and courteous. I would definitely use his services again.
