Review content:
The Halls at Jericho Terrace are very very nice, the valet however, is very much the opposite. We had our car parked by the valets at Jericho Terrace and our car was returned with 2 very large scratches. We noticed the damage immediately and told the valet. He sad it was impossible that the damage was done there but eventually gave us the number of his ""manager"". No one ever answered from this number. So I call Jericho Terrace and they tell me to speak to someone else who also is not there and never returned my calls. Finally I get a hold of the parking company that operates the valet. We do all the paper work for the claim and they still never paid! This was such a horrible experience and we were not the only ones. Two others that we know of at that party had the same thing happen to them. Stay away.
Pros: Hall itself looks great.
Cons: Horrible valet. Non-existant Customer Service.
